As Founder and CEO of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance non-partisan business think tank, advisory service and media company since 2009, Bruce Bolger is an entrepreneur in media, marketing, and management on a quest: to help any size or type of organization enhance its performance through a strategic approach to people management, permission-based marketing and communications, and enriching experiences in business and personal travel.

He has traveled the world speaking about motivation as editor and publisher of Incentive magazine; created and sold an enterprise engagement technology still in use; published two successful series on experiential travel for Fodor’s and Frommer’s in the 1990s and 2000s. In so doing, he is a pioneer in three related spheres: the emerging field of stakeholder capitalism—enhancing performance by harmonizing the interests of all stakeholders and the environment; permission marketing—identifying and building relationships with the people most likely to buy, and experiential travel—getting off the beaten path to learn the stories of the places people visit.

  • Tapping the new alpha of people—the last bastion of value creation for organizations.
  • Purpose leadership and stakeholder management—enhancing returns for investors by strategically creating value for customers, employees, supply chain and distribution partners and communities–the equivalent of total quality management for people.
  • Market disruption or quest—why entrepreneurs and investors need to know the difference.
  • Marketing transformation—how to radically reduce your marketing costs by identifying and building relationships with the people most likely to buy.
  • Destination story telling—experiencing the story of destinations in a way that enriches people and local communities.
  • Life after retirement—how to make this stage the most fulfilling of your career.
