– Commission on agreed amount to bureau

Visas: Bureau’s Customer is responsible for determining if a Travel Visa is required for Speaker’s entry into their country. Speaker is responsible for acquiring the Visa. Taxes: Re any taxes or fees levied by the hosting country, state or city (including non-resident with holding , fees on travel stipend monies or any electronics brought into the country), Bureau’s Customer will advise Speaker of any such taxes or fees. Customer is responsible for submitting such taxes or fees to the governing body, so the amount received by the Speaker equals the amounts outlined above less the Bureau’s commission.
