He has worked with endless corporations in the past ten years in the US and abroad. His unique, impactful and memorable style of delivery captivates and inspires, stimulating relevant paradigm shifts, elevating customer experience, and promoting strong leadership, creativity, connectivity and employee engagement.
Vital received a Languages and Communications Degree from Syntra West College in Belgium and is currently earning a Business and Liberal Arts Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Community College of Southern Nevada. He is fluent in English, French, and Dutch. In a previous life Vital graced the stage for Cirque du Soleil for five years as an acrobat and team captain. He absorbed the priceless lessons and values of strong team dynamics, company culture and customer experience from all aspects of this globally revered company. He now packages those tools along with his business and hospitality experience into transferable and actionable resources for the corporate world.
